Laminated Sandwich Panel (38/40 mm)
A modern solution for countertops that combines durability, stability, and an attractive appearance. The laminated sandwich construction achieves the look of a solid panel—the final appearance faithfully mimics a thickness of 38 or 40 mm while maintaining an optimal weight.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The core of the panel consists of 28-millimeter-thick impregnated particleboard bonded with PUR adhesive and finished with an ABS edge. On three sides, compact panels (10 or 12 mm thick) are glued to this core; these are joined at a 45-degree angle and finished with a miter joint.
Drainage Groove
A practical detail that enhances the comfort of everyday use of the countertop. Drainage grooves are precisely milled directly into the solid surface, creating an elegant and fully integrated solution without the need for additional components.
The grooves effectively channel water back into the sink, helping to keep the work surface dry while also making maintenance easier. Thanks to their precise craftsmanship, they look clean and modern without disrupting the overall kitchen design.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The groove slope ranges from 2 to 6 millimeters, and their depth is 9 millimeters. The spacing between individual grooves is 55 mm.
How do I order a kitchen board?
2. Send us the dimensions of the kitchen countertop, which we will review for approval.
3. We will make a technical drawing, which we will send to you again for control.
4. We will start to produce the board.
5. We send it to you within 14 days from ordering it for production.
