PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Suppliers, customers, business partners

1. Administrator of personal data

  • Intedoor spol. s ro , with registered office at Československá armády 348,471 54 Cvikov, ID number: 25409549 , registered in the public register kept at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, section C, insert 16134, so that according to EU Regulation No. 2016/679 the Personal Data Protection Act processes in personal data in connection with its business activity. As part of this processing, the company Intedoor spol. s ro in the position of administrator.

2. Purpose of personal data processing

  • As part of the above, data necessary for the provision of services to Intedoor spol. is processed. s.r.o., i.e. for concluding contracts, managing and terminating the contract, for complaint proceedings, as well as in accordance with a number of legal regulations such as the Act on Accounting, VAT, Income Taxes, etc.

3. Types of processed personal data

  • In connection with business activities, the company Intedoor spol. s ro s

    • data necessary for this activity, such as identification and contact data, which include, for example, name, surname, company name, ID number, registered office address, email address, telephone number

    • data on purchased goods and delivery addresses

    • payment details and bank account numbers

    • invoicing data, such as name and surname, invoicing address, data on the purchase of goods or services and their price, necessary for issuing invoices for goods or services and fulfilling the obligation to keep accounts, as required by law

    • data from communication that arise in connection with business activities between Intedoor spol. s ro and the customer or supplier (in writing, electronically or by telephone)

    • data resulting from the employer's activity, the principles for handling the data of employees and possibly job applicants are defined by the "INTEDOOR Directive", which is available at the company's headquarters

4. Recipients of personal data

  • Intedoor spol. s ro may provide personal data to external entities, providing for Intedoor spol. s ro accounting, administrative, legal, security or transport agenda. Intedoor spol. s ro may also provide personal data to external suppliers in the event that their use is necessary to fulfill commercial and contractual obligations. The current list of recipients is available on request at the company headquarters

5. Duration of retention of personal data

  • Personal data are processed for the period necessary for the purpose of their processing.

6. Rights and obligations in connection with the processing of personal data

  • The business partner is entitled to request access to his personal data from the administrator, that means he has the right to request the issuance of a confirmation that his personal data is being processed and the right to request information on the progress of the processing, the business partner also has the right to the portability of personal data. The business partner can request a correction if the personal data is inaccurate or an addition if the personal data is incomplete. The business partner can raise an objection, request erasure and restriction of processing of personal data only for reasons established by law or regulation.

  • Intedoor spol. s ro, as a data controller, has taken measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental misuse of personal data. Such measures also require contractual data recipients (see point 4.)
